As soon as Microsoft stopped supporting Office Pro my copy no longer works as it should. Every time I restart the computer I have to reinter the Product Key. I really like the program and want to continue using it. I'm running Windows Please help. Hi Sharon J, Thank you for the update. Thank you so much! Try repairing your Office installation; with a bit of luck it will fix the issue. Activate Office microsoft. Yes it is. It activates just fine and works as it should until I restart my computer. Then the program asks me to reinter the Product Key. I do this, it reconfigures and then activates.
I'm good to go until I need to turn off my computer. Then the whole thing starts again. By reconfigure, is it running a repair? Do you have another version of office installed? I don't know if it's running a repair. I had a technician from BestBuy check it out. He did some tweaking and the program started working properly again. Then Microsoft downloaded some updates and the program started asking for the Product Key again. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
